Professional Introduction:
I am ReBecca Armstrong, but I prefer the name ReBe. I am a unique, very passionate person, and I strive to make a difference in everything I do. I make no effort to stand out from the crowd, this sort of thing comes naturally to me.
I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Design, Technology, and Industry at Troy University from 2011 to 2016, which provided a solid foundation for my design skills. During this time, I co-founded and actively participated in the Troy University club, S.C.A.D.A. (Students Concerned about Disability Awareness) and was inducted into Lambda Pi Eta National Communications Honors Society. All work done while in Uni can be found under the Troy University category tab.
Right after college, I landed an amazing opportunity that jumpstarted my design career as the Team Graphic Designer and Packaging Designer at Fashion Forms® (a specialty bra company) based in Austin, TX. I am now a Graphic Designer at a non-profit organization in Birmingham, AL were their mission is to enable people with physical disability and chronic health conditions to lead healthy, active and independent lifestyles.

Hey, y'all! My name is ReBe. I am a fun, loving, upbeat, 31 year old living the best life she can. I am very family oriented and care very much about everyone around me. I enjoy photography at a hobby level, and I use writing as an escape route for my Mental Health. My friends and I love to go to Karaoke bars and sing and dance the night away. I am shy, but try to always have a smile on my face. I am very passionate about disability awareness and believe that sharing your story not only raises awareness, but gives people the perspective that they are not alone.
My LIFE MOTTO is: Live, Laugh, Love. Because I feel spreading love, joy, and happiness is the greatest gift of all. I am not religious, but do come from a very religious Southern Baptist background. I am from Alabama and will continue to say, "Roll, Tide, Roll!" no matter what state I am in (there's a funny karaoke story in there). I genuinely hope we can meet and grow as friends and/or coworkers!
